                                                                            Chapter Fifty Two

Dwelling in our subconscious mind is a world of dreams that we create for ourselves to form a life the way we would like it to be for real.  Our criterion is not demanding all we ask of our dreams to be beautiful, impressive, and colorful to always keep us in a blissful state of happiness.  Sometimes our dreams can take us on a journey where we almost afraid to wake up just in case we find our perfection all crumbled to nothing but surprisingly beautiful moments do exist in our real life too. It’s just that when it’s too good to be true we tend to have a questioning doubt at the back of our minds did it actually happen?  So here we go Fly, fly, fly me to the moon was it just a dream?  Early this evening when Ram’s private jet touched down in Mumbai’s Santa Cruz domestic airport he never imagined he’d be going home to the surprise of his life. Here she was beyond his imaginable dream within a lover’s bind that had him twisted in the knot of love. From the moment their eyes met she was more than a dream she was real enough to touch, real enough to explore with his trailing lips, real enough to crush in roughened kisses only they understood the longing need.

Here in the guest bathroom of Kapoor Mansion guests were treated to a fine bathroom luxury like no other with silken scents of Moroccan rose oils spreading in the air. Tonight the fragrance of the night was dripping with the scent of love giving the breath of life to lovers who needed to breathe more than anything else in the world. Sitting above two of the lover's angels were here in full force surrounding Ram and Priya smoothing their way and protecting them like a shield.  In a moment that overwhelmed he dropped down to his knees clasping her around her waist while he pressed his head against her stomach sliding his face on the softness of her sari.  He slipped it aside to expose her bare stomach for his view where he reigned beautiful butterfly kisses with meaning while twirling his tongue over her delicate skin. He seemed to be kissing life into her womb worshipping what was never meant to be, was he trying to repair this lost damage was he trying to speak an unspoken word of something?  The extent of the sentiment was far too emotional to keep hidden and in an overflow of love, pain, hurt and sorrow he finally broke down sobbing into her stomach in heart wrenching sobs. She closed her eyes tight biting down into her lower lip holding him close to where they once created a form of their union of love,  his face was pressed firmly on her while he cried shedding tears for all that they endured.  Her own tears flowed cascading down like a waterfall for her love the one whom she loved with all of her life she had hurt him the most reducing him into this heartbroken man that he was.  Unable to bear seeing him like this she fell to her knees wrapping her arms around his neck while they both cried clinging on to each other tightly.  I’m so sorry Ram I’m so sorry please forgive me she cried he held her even tighter don’t ever leave me Priya he cried please don’t leave me I can’t bear being apart from you I am nothing without you just nothing please don’t ever leave me. Their tears spoke of a pain that was hard to endure in their separation, in their loss, in their love everything seemed to culminate right here in a moment that was neither perfect in timing nor was it perfect in sorry and forgiveness it just happened that two broken hearts came to a realization that they were both dead without the other.  Forgive me Ram I’m so sorry for what I did to you for the way I treated you how could I have punished you like this?   She held his precious face in between the palms of her hands looking at him through her tears baby how could I hurt you so much she asked him again I love you Ram she choked on her sob I love you so much she cried wrapping herself on his chest. 

With the echoing sound in his ears I love you was heartfelt and beautiful he went flat on his back lying on this expensive royal marble floor taking her with him she lay on him gripping his head tight hiding her face into the crook of his neck while he held her with his hands running along her back, I’ll never leave you she said.  Oh my love he sobbed rolling her onto her back he held her face between the palms of his hands I love you so much I love you only you he said. She drew his head down to hers as they kissed each other this time it was a soulful affirmation of lovers speaking their hearts in not ever letting go.  Coming up for some air with heavy breathing he touched her forehead with his thud, thud, thud holding her face between the palms of his hands just to make sure this was no dream words of love could not be expressed more beautifully as they laughed in their tears of joy, kissed in their tears of happiness embracing their moment of their lover’s reunion.  However long they lay here they couldn’t be bothered about the dinner or their family waiting for them, what was happening on the other side of the closed doors didn’t even cross their minds because they were totally engrossed in each other.   A knocking sound on the bathroom door came to interrupt but they chose to ignore it to hell with everything knock, knock; knock it continued in an intrusive invasion of their private moment. Finally Priya said Ram we have to get up from here, I don’t want to he said I want to lay here like this forever.  She laughed there is just one small problem, what’s that he asked? Breathing into the side of his neck she said my back, what’s wrong with your back he asked, ouchhhhhhhh you crushing me she moaned.  Realizing he was on top of her he woke up with a speed I’m so sorry baby did I hurt you he looked with concern sticking out his hand to help her, she took it as he carefully pulled her up I’m so sorry my love, it’s ok she pouted her lips.  Knock, knock, knock Sir Mr Kapoor Sir, Ram finally answered in annoyance yes what is it?  Sir there is an urgent call for you who is it he asked, I’m not sure sir.  Ram looked at Priya she said baby take the call, he pushed her hair behind her ear they smiled at each other as Ram went to open the bathroom door.  The servant handed him a cordless phone he closed the bathroom door walking back to where Priya stood trying to adjust herself. He answered the call Ram Kapoor here, Ram it’s Prakash, hello Prakash this is a surprise, Ram I’m sorry to disturb you this late, it’s ok Prakash I was just busy with an important contract she lifted her eyebrow in an expressive mind really am I just a contract? He grinned at her she hit his shoulder ouch he silently complained hugging her, no not a contract you are my life, oh really she bit into her lip feeling the warmth of his body.  Ram we’ve found an important breakthrough tracing his finger tip along her jaw line he listened to the conversation dropping a light kiss on her lips.  Prakash so what you saying someone tampered with the surveillance camera but I don’t understand if it had a unique code setting how was it possible to decipher it and how was it possible that there were no breaks in the tapes.  He brought her head to his chest holding the phone in one hand while with the other hand he gently stroked her kissing the side of her neck. Well Ram it seems the person who was responsible for the damage had a lot of experience in high tech security equipment anyway after your meeting with my technical team in Bangalore the guys went back looking at it from a different angle with all the information you and Vikram gave that’s how they uncovered the missing footage but Ram did you manage to get the serial numbers that was needed?  Yes Prakash I have it with me it’s in my study but just hang on a second, speaking softly into Priya’s ear’s he said baby I’m so sorry let me give this guy the information he needs she nodded her head. He smiled at her wait for me in our room love I’ll be there just now she blushed ok she said, that’s my good girl I love you he whispered dropping a kiss on her mouth.

Like with all clear cut plans somehow they always seem to go pear shaped when family were around. It was  almost impossible for Priya to make her way to their bedroom as the family were sitting in the lounge chatting.  She walked to where her father stood praying no one would ask any questions because she didn't know what to say for her long absence.  Priya softly said to her father papa can I speak to you please, Is everything ok Priya? Yes papa everything is fine she led her father out into the back gardens of the mansion.  Sudhir smiled you know Priya l have always admired these beautiful landscapes, it’s so tranquil out here.  Papa I so often come out here when I want to read or just have a few minutes of quite time alone, they walked along the grassy edges as the lighting beams gave off various reflections into the night. Sudhir said you know Priya you are so lucky to have such a wonderful family they all love you so much and I know how much you love them too, she smiled yes I do papa I love them a lot and being apart from them I’ve realized how unfair I’ve been to them. Touching her father’s arm she said papa so much has happened it’s hard to let go but I’m trying papa I’m really trying.  Sudhir touched her cheek I am the world’s luckiest father having a daughter like you I’m so proud of you Priya because you always do the right thing and I know that these few weeks have been tough on you and Ram but having you stay with us really meant a lot to me, I have grown so use to having you around again that now I have to get use to the fact that you not going to be there with us this family needs you more than anything else just by looking at each one them it humbles me to see how much love they have for you.  Laying her head on her father’s shoulder she said, papa can I ask you something? Her papa smiled yes Priya I already know what you going to ask me, you want to know how did I know that you have decided to stay here?  She smiled well yes that thought sort of crossed my mind. He laughed Priya you should know your papa by now you don’t need to tell me much I know you like I know myself.  He smiled with teary eyes I will miss you my girl I will miss you very much, I will miss you to papa and thank you for everything. Ram watched this scene from the window of his study he always admired this father daughter bonding he knew Priya was extremely close to her father, one day he hoped that he would share the same bond with his own daughters, god willing if they did have children but he wasn’t concerned about it even if they never had children he would be completely ok with it.  His love was beyond everything else he will love only her till the end of time with or without children, Priya Kapoor was his world she held his life in her hands.

The evening continued with their families around but the lover’s could not take their eyes off the other, at one point they found themselves standing next to each other their arms brushed he wanted to hold her and she wanted to be in his big burly arms thud, thud, thud.  Finally Sudhir said thank you Krishnaji for a lovely evening it’s late we need to get going Krishna smiled thank you Sudhirji and Shipraji the thanks meant a lot more between the three of them than just thank you for coming it was understood the reason behind the thank you. Priya moved forward but Ram held her back where do you think you going to he asked her? Where I belong she said, with a serious look he said Priya I’m warning you. She lifted her eyebrow warning me what she asked, I’m warning you that you not leaving this house or my sight ever again. She smiled so does this mean I can’t even say goodbye to my family.  He touched her chin looking deep into her eyes I’m glad you following my orders Mrs Kapoor it saves me the trouble from locking you up. She was about to give him a smart befitting reply when her mother approached saying to Priya you don’t need to say anything I’m so happy that you are here where you belong.  She looked at Ram there were words she knew she didn’t need to tell him because it was already a given but a mother’s love never ceases to remind so she said to him with a teary smile take care of my princess and he replied to his mother-in-law your princess I will definitely take care off but my queen I will cherish forever.  Shipra looked on with pride while Priya blushed and Ram looked at his queen adoringly, they went outside to bid farewell to Priya’s family.  Watching them leave made Priya sad during the past few weeks she came to rely on her family so much. She leaned her head on Ram’s arm his hand automatically went around her waist I’m going to miss them she said.  He tightened his grip on her so that she felt secured enough by him, they stood like this for a while until he said baby lets go inside. 

Up in the green room finally they were completely alone she had missed everything that was theirs. She looked around in new found appreciation, everything was exactly the way she had left it. At last she turned to look at him everything is the same she said, why wouldn’t it be the same he asked, she said quietly I’m not sure.  He wrapped his arms around her inhaling her presence in this room, I missed you baby I missed you so much.  She pouted her lips playing with his shirt button I’m not talking to you she said, why he smiled at her because you didn’t take my call the other night. When did I do that he looked confusingly surprised at her.  She gave him her sullen look and said I called you on Tuesday night, he looked at her in shock you called me why?  Still twisting the button on his shirt she said I called you because I wanted too, I was missing you so much but you never took my call neither did you return my call.  Ram felt really bad, awhhhh baby that wasn’t the case you know I would have answered your call I didn’t know you called, I’m so sorry sweetheart I was in Kolkata on business my only guess is, there must of been poor network that could be the reason I didn’t get your call.  What Ram did not mention to her was that on Tuesday night he was admitted into a Kolkata private hospital, am I forgiven he asked? I’m not sure she said, awhhhh come on sweetheart do I have to fall at your feet he asked her playfully, my feet are far too expensive for you Mr Kapoor. In a surprise move he grabbed her by her waist lifting her up into his arms, what are you doing she asked, with his devilish grin he said Mrs Kapoor I don’t want to tire your expensive feet, she giggled as he laid her on the bed.  He went to lock the bedroom door switching of the room light he came back to undress. She turned to watch him in the darkness, he came to her climbing on the bed, she sat up midway while he helped her unpin her sari removing the rest of her clothing  and leaving her naked for his view. Let me go slip on my nightie she said and he said no I want you like this. They came into each other’s arms knowing there was strict doctors orders, he kissed her deep going into the recess of her mouth as their tongues rolled in rotation, his hands moved over every inch of her skin while she lovingly touched him too. There was restrictions with what they could do, he took her over him running his hand along her spine he said sleep my love.  His throbbing heat was difficult to ignore as it lay on her stomach hard and erect, they needed to make love but for now just holding each other was comforting enough. They finally fell into a peaceful night sleep in what seemed like forever, while the cute little cherub angels sat on the crescent moon swinging their legs playfully and rejoicing at this beautiful night which was really no dream, but real enough to be magic.

It was a lazy Saturday afternoon when Ram said to Priya sweetheart lets go out we’ll spend the day together. She shook her head no I’m fine being at home, he touched her with concern hey he whispered what’s going on I know you have not gone anywhere in weeks only to the doctor and for your morning walk with your father what’s wrong baby he asked her? She tried to look away but he didn’t let go Priya what are you afraid of love, her silence of fear seemed to speak volumes.  With a sigh he wrapped his arms around her giving her the comfort and security she needed I’ll never let anything happen to you ever again I promise you my love but you have to trust me ok you can’t stay hidden away like this, it’s not healthy you need to get back out there and face the world. She shook her head on his chest I don’t want to I want to stay right here with you. Ram smiled I would like nothing more in this world than have you all to myself but baby you have to get out again, silence passed by Ram said ok let’s take this one step at a time trust me I’ll never let you go anywhere alone I’ll always be with you he smiled lifting her chin looking into her eyes be my good girl come out with me we’ll go for an afternoon drive just you and me feeling secured in his words she pressed her face in his chest wrapping her arms tight around his back ok she said, that’s my girl I’m so proud of you he kissed her forehead knowing Priya needed so much tender loving care from him that he had to make sure she got back to her old self again, the confident out- going person that she was. With enough support and encouragement from him he would help her fight her fear and face the world, it was the only way to move on from the ugliness of what she had gone through.   

While driving he didn’t have a direction all he wanted was for them to be out of the house, how’s my girl doing he asked?  She smiled at him I’m fine, he took her right hand bringing it to his lips I love you he said, I love you too she said. He let go of her hand to control the steering wheel but her hand stayed on this thigh in a comforting need.  His phone rang answering the call hey Vikram, Ram she said don’t drive and talk at the same time how many times have I told you this she scolded him, ok he said sheepishly pulling on to the side of the road, yes Vikram sorry about that what’s up he listened for a bit ok just hang on let me check with Priya first. Baby Vikram wants us to come over to their place what do you think? Not thinking much she said ok we’ll go visit them he smiled at her ok Vikram Priya agreed so we’ll see you just now bye he ended the call steering the car back into the traffic.  Ram let’s stop at the bakery to get some pastries and cakes for the  children ok he said that's a good idea. A few minutes later they pulled up at one of the exclusive bakeries both went in together holding hands as they looked through the glass top counters where the choicest selections of cakes and pastries were displayed leaving Ram at his element. Priya whispered to him let me remind you Mr Kapoor we not here for you we here for the children he grinned can’t I be a children too? No she said you can’t awhhhhh that’s so mean Mrs Kapoor, she ignored him as the attendant said to them can I help you, Priya smiled yes you can as she ordered from the selection Ram said to the attendant can you  add these two pointing to the black forest slices no make that three yes that would nice and maybe four chocolate éclairs he thought no make that six smiling happily. She looked at him and then at the attendant she said no to everything he ordered just make that one black forest slice and leave the rest of my order as I've given it to you ignore him please, yes mam he nodded with a slight grin on his face as he went about getting their order ready.  Ram brought her against him holding her in front of him around her waist that’s not fair Mrs Kapoor, what isn’t she asked, he whispered in her ear I want my favorite cakes to why you being such a Hitler.  Am I being a Hitler she asked turning around within his arms she said if I remember correctly we here for the children and only the children looking at her lips to shut her up he said what if I kiss you right now. Ram stop it people are watching, I don’t care he said lowering his head she said if you dare to kiss me here you can forget eating even that single slice of black forest cake.  Mam your order is ready Priya turned around blushing thank you she said to the attendant while Ram took out his wallet to pay for the order, can I have that black forest cake separately with a fork please, yes sir no problem sir. People whispered amongst themselves even daring to snap pictures of the couple with their phones. Oh my god that was Ram and Priya Kapoor wow did you see that as they watched every movement of the couple now walking back to the fancy car the cameras zoomed in silently flashing from the moment they had entered the bakery till the time they left.  Right now twitter was seconds away with tweets and re-tweets of exclusive pictures with Ram and Priya Kapoor in it. Getting into the car he opened up the cake box taking the plastic fork he broke of a piece and tasted it hmmmmmmm this is really good he said you got to try it baby breaking off another piece he offered her, no she said but he was persistence come on baby if you love me you will using the if you love me coercion she was forced into opening her mouth as he fed her the piece of cake, nice isn’t it he said while he quickly ate another piece handing her the box to hold he started the car driving off to Vikram’s apartment. In between she fed him the rest of his cake while he drove she smiled thinking Ram was such a big baby and he was all hers. He winked at her a penny for your thoughts Mrs K and she said no, they mine to keep.

Outside Vikram’s high- rised apartment Ram pressed the buzzer Priya spotted a cake crumble at the corner of his mouth and moved to wipe it off.  The door opened by the three excited Shergill children. Ram uncle Priya aunty they squealed with delight what did you bring for us Ram Uncle, he laughed at them ask your aunty Priya she brought you something, really they shouted what is it they demanded to know excitedly. Priya laughed can I at least get a hug first they grabbed her at the same time the cake boxes almost tipped over but Ram took hold of it in time,  Hey you monsters Vikram said to his children can you at least let uncle Ram and aunty Priya come inside before you attack them they all laughed as Vikram and Neha managed to hug their best friends so good to see you both together, come inside they said.  Sammy the youngest of three a cute little five year old said but Priya aunty I want to see what you brought us she said ok close your eyes she took the box from Ram and opened it, ok now you can open your eyes the kids shouted wow cakes are they all for us they asked happily, yes they all for you she laughed. Neha said Priya you are spoiling these children, Rahul made a grab for the box no Rahul what did I tell you Neha scolded him you are not eating any cakes until you complete your project, awhhhh come on Neha don’t be so hard on the boy no Ram he’s not allowed to have any sweets while he’s doing his school work and he knows that very well anyway it teaches him a lesson for leaving his project till the last to finish.  Ram put his hand around a sullen looking Rahul whispering something in his ear Rahul giggled as Ram followed him.  What did you tell my son Neha demanded that’s between me and Rahul, Ram replied.   Riddhima said aunty Priya you have to come see my new violin that papa bought me, Vikram said Ridzy why you troubling aunty Priya she just got here baby, no daddy she has to see it now.  Neha and Vikram gave up with their kids as they demanded Ram and Priya’s full attention. 

Fifteen minutes later Neha went to her daughters room only to find Priya sitting on the edge of the bed listening to Riddhima playing the violin and Sammy making funny faces at his sister.  Neha smiled sitting down next to Priya she’s good na, Priya smiled she’s brilliant Neha just brilliant. Neha said well looks like my daughter will be a violin maestro one-day how about that she said with pride Riddhima Shergill playing for the Mumbai philharmonic orchestra they both laughed as Neha held Priya’s hand you know Priya I’m so happy that you came and I’m even more happy to see you and Ram back together again.  Priya smiled slightly looking at Neha with watery eyes me to Neha me too.  Suddenly she broke down into tears no words were needed Neha took her into her arms and cried with her they were friends that cried together without reason but just because they could.  While they indulged themselves in a teary girlfriend bonding their men sat in the lounge sharing a drink talking about Bangalore and the matter of the tapes. 

Sammy came into the lounge and Vikram said Sammy where is your mama? Sammy said mama is in my pocket Vikram and Ram laughed at his childish cheekiness you know these kids say the weirdest darn things.  Sammy be a good boy and go call your mama but papa noooo he screwed his face, why no Vikram asked? Sammy said because they have boyfriends, who has boyfriends Vikram asked Priya aunty has a boyfriend. What both Ram and Vikram exclaimed at the same time sitting forward Ram said what did you say Sammy he seemed a bit unsure of what to say then he said Priya aunty has a boyfriend. Vikram said Sammy don’t be naughty why are you saying this, Sammy pulled his face papa I’m not naughty ok Vikram picked up both his hands in surrender ok I’m sorry you not naughty now tell papa why you said this, ok if I  tell you will you promise me that I can eat all my chocolates and you won’t tell mama,  Ram said Sammy you can eat as many chocolates as you want I will even buy you some more chocolates. With wonder in his eyes really Ram uncle really now quickly tell me why you said Priya aunty has a boyfriend.  In his complete innocence he said because they crying, Vikram asked Sammy so if they crying they have boyfriends shaking his head where in the world did you get this idea from, oh papa you so stupid you know all girls cry because of boys even Ridzy has a boyfriend.  Vikram was flabbergasted Sammy Priya aunty doesn’t have a boyfriend ok, Priya aunty has a husband and Ram uncle is her husband,  but then why is she crying the little boy looked confused then he looked at Ram you scolded Priya aunty right that's why she’s crying. Vikram tried to distract his inquisitive child where is your mother Sammy?  Sammy looked at his father scratching his head but papa then mama has a boyfriend  too right because you didn’t scold her. Vikram looked at his son with his mouth open while his son asked so papa can I go eat my chocolates now he asked?  Vikram nodded his head Sammy looked at his father you promise you not going to let mama shout at me, Vikram said no Sammy mama will not shout at you now go off his little feet went running to go dig into his chocolate supply.  Ram was taken aback by Sammy’s revelation he moved to get up needing to go check on Priya.  Vikram stretched out his hand no Ram leave them alone I’m sure they must be talking.  Ram said what if things are not ok, just relax have your drink everything will be ok.  Ram sat back in the arm chair with his drink in his hand being in two mind’s with what to do he didn’t need to think much because Neha and Priya came back into the lounge laughing like nothing had ever happened, Vikram looked at Ram with a smile see I told you so there’s nothing to worry about.  That night when they went to bed Priya went into Ram’s arms he held her close to him she tightened her grip on him moving her leg in between his as they were completely secured in each other, I love you she said, smiling into the night he said I love you too my baby.  A little while later he said our little Sammy thinks you have a boyfriend, what she exclaimed, Ram laughed so Mrs Kapoor do you think I can be your boyfriend.  With her eyes closed she settled in a bit too comfortable no she said, why not he asked moving his hardened length a bit too close to her vagina because I already have a husband she said.  Holding her tight he said guess your husband must be one lucky bastard, hmmmmmmm she said I guess he must be would you like to meet him she asked, he laughed shhhhhhhh he said go to sleep your husband is right here.  

Sunday passed by a dreary rainy day but it was perfect spending the day indoors watching movies, eating junk and sleeping in it was a complete restful day for the Kapoor family.  Simply a Sunday bonding with each other or they were just off in their own space doing nothing but the important thing everyone was home safe and contently happy.  That night Apeksha stretched her arms babhi I can’t keep my eyes open I’m going to bed, Priya smiled go to bed she said, do you want me to switch the light on? No Apeksha leave it off I’m fine, are you sure babhi, yes I’m sure now go I just want to complete watching this then I’m off to bed too, ok then good night Apeksha yawned walking off to her room leaving Priya alone in the TV room watching repeat episodes of Grey’s Anatomy she was hooked on this medical drama but Ram was annoying her interrupting the TV channel so she decided to watch the re-run with Apeksha downstairs. Now here she was all alone in the dark watching by herself she did not notice Ram at the doorway watching her finally he said baby I’m tired when are you coming up to our room? Priya turned around to see Ram casually leaning against the door frame she said sorry baby I’ll be up just now. Ram asked her but why can’t you watch this in our room?  It’s almost finishing there’s just 15 minutes left I promise I’ll come up soon.  He moved in the darkened room just the glow of the flat screen television giving light in the darkness he sat next to her on the couch. I thought you were tired she asked him, I am, then why aren’t you going to bed? He smiled putting his head on her lap stretching his body across the couch with his face pressed to her stomach.  She touched his hair aren’t you getting a bit too comfortable she asked him?  I don’t have a choice he said, why she asked, because you insisting on watching TV here so I will just have to wait with you until you done.  She ruffled his hair you know you always distract me when I’m watching something on TV, when did I do that he asked innocently she replied when you keep changing the channels and you know that irritates me awwhhhh baby that’s not fair I only change the channel when there’s an ad break. She laughed no you don’t and you know it too, he hid is grin ok come up now and I promise I won’t disturb you she laughed I don’t trust you Mr Kapoor.  He settled a bit too comfortably on her lap mumbling to himself I don’t have the remote control so how am I suppose to disturb you shhhhhh she said be quite I’m watching. A few minutes of silence passed baby hmmmmmm massage my head please; please he asked again, smiling to herself she began to gently massage his head. On Monday morning Priya woke up early so that she could prepare breakfast for everyone at 0900am she went up to her room only to find Ram still asleep she smiled going to sit next to him watching him sleep baby she said brushing her hands in his hair wake up, he didn’t hear her, ram baby wake up or you going to be late for work he stretched his arms yawning opening his eyes slightly, good morning she said hmmmmmm morning he said I want to sleep some more, no she said its late your weekend is over its time for you to get up, why he asked, because you have to go to work, he clicked his tongue rolling over on the bed taking the cover with him I don’t want to go to work he moaned childishly covering his head,  She smiled ok sleep the whole day who cares if Mr Kapoor goes to the office or not after all he is the boss, but then again if he sleeps the whole day he’ll be missing out on the special breakfast I made.  The sound of breakfast prepared by his wife seemed to wake him up you made breakfast he asked, hmmmmmm yes I did she said now get up quickly if you want it, awhhhhh that’s unfair baby, why she asked because I should be getting breakfast in bed he said.  She stood up looking at him still lying in bed being absolutely lazy if you want your breakfast you need to come downstairs like everyone else to get it she turned picking up a pillow from the floor throwing it on the side of the bed.  Under his breath he moaned Hitler he complained throwing his head back on the pillow, I heard that she said as she walked out the room, I didn’t say anything he shouted loudly.  While Ram grumbled his way out of bed Priya went back into the kitchen to supervise the final touches to serving breakfast in the dining room.  Her mother-in- law entered the kitchen smiling oh Priya I missed all of this so much especially our morning chats while we drank our chai in here Priya said I missed that too ma but lets have our chai right now together.  They were interrupted by a servant Mam there is a delivery, Priya said so early ok let me go check she went to the door to find one of their security men with an envelope in his hand madam this just came in.  Priya took the large brown envelop addressed to Mr Ram Kapoor she looked at the name on the top of the envelope strangely, curious she opened the envelope reading the content briefly. In the meantime Ram was all dressed up in his business suit refreshed and ready for the day ahead walking down the stairs with a big smile, seeing the back of Priya he said baby I’m hungry bring on that breakfast.  On hearing his voice she turned around to face him her eyes made him stop in his track looking at the envelope in her hand his broad smile froze what’s wrong baby he asked with concern?  This she glared at him, what is this she demanded to know? He couldn’t form an answer for her Ram what is this she shouted at him?

Ram Kapoor you lucky bastard, was luck favoring you again today or was Mrs K going to rip you into pieces, what the hell did you do? Hmmmmmm let's wait and watch, until next time.
